The Convenient Workout
Perhaps the easiest way to build muscle in the world
The Convenient Workout is perhaps the easiest way to build muscle in the world. It has only four exercises and is very easy to fit into your day. Don't put off your dreams of being in shape and having a healthy body. Keep those dreams alive. You deserve it. Besides, building muscle doesn't get much easier than this.
Did you know that the average hour-long workout with weights at the gym only has about 5 minutes of actual work in it? The Convenient Workout takes advantage of this. A simple trick lets you fit the exercises into your day much more easily and faster than spending an hour at the gym (55 minutes really) standing around doing nothing.
So many people struggle to do any exercise at all. The Convenient Workout isn't the be-all and end-all workout. Some people prefer other ways of working out and I don't want to interfere with that at all. If you have a certain way you like to exercise, that's great!
My main goal is to get more people exercising no matter what that looks like, whether that's walking more, going for a run, going to the gym, what have you. But for those who are struggling to get off the couch, which is millions upon millions of people, the Convenient Workout offers a simple way to actually get the exercise into your day.
The Convenient Workout is a full-body workout and works your major muscle groups...with only 4 exercises. This is another bonus of the Convenient Workout. You only have to do 4 exercises, not the usual 8-12 exercises most people do at the gym with weights.

I have read extensively on physical, mental and social health since the year 2000. I took an interest in this as a way to save my life. I was suffering from mental illness and started reading on how to get me better physically, mentally and socially.
Now armed with all this knowledge, I am trying to let others know some of the easier ways they can take better care of their bodies and minds.
You can't put a price on your health. Looking after yourself is one of the best investments you can make in life. I hope I can help you do this with these courses.
